New Makeup Workshops Announced for NYC

Hi Ladies & Gents!
This is Morgan from Jane Doe Makeup. As many of you know, I have moved my studio from Brooklyn to Ridgewood Queens (on the border of brooklyn - 2 more stops on the L Train and less than 10 minutes from the prior location). We had our first workshop at this location the other day and my clients were very pleased with the new space. The new space is very intimate and hands on as I am only accepting 4 clients at a time for make-up workshops, parties, etc.

I think the new space will give me an excellent chance to personalize my sessions even more than before!
I will not be doing bridal portfolio building sessions at this new space. However, if you are interested in a bridal portfolio building session please email me as I am taking names and info for future shoots. Future shoots will be more involved on my part and require a day rental from a larger photo studio. So email janedoemakeup@yahoo.com if you are interested as I will still only be accepting a select number of signups and am trying to get a nice list of interested clients.

In addition, I have announced more workshops for March in the "classes" section of www.JaneDoeStudio.com. All of my workshops are extremely hands on, nonvocational and a lot of fun. I am fully equipped to do everything from beauty to special fx at the new studio. In addition, I have announced some seasonal workshops that I do not offer frequently or year round.

I am also offering some (never offered before) SALES promotions on certain workshops and my airbrush workshops for March. Check it out!

Bridal Portfolio Building Sessions: Join The List for the Next Session

Hi Ladies & Gents.
This is Morgan from Jane Doe Makeup. As many of you know, we are moving locations. We are in the process of moving into a smaller location for makeup workshops, makeup parties, and services/consultations. This change will be a positive one and will allow us to focus on smaller more hands on and intimate sessions. In addition, we will not be offering the Bridal Portfolio Building Sessions frequently.
I have received emails from people who are interested in doing a bridal shoot.
I do have plans for shoots in the future. However, the shoots will not happen for a while. Upon doing another shoot we will be renting space from another location, supplying models, photography, and gowns. If you would like to be apart of our next bridal portfolio shoot we are taking names and comprising a list.

The previous fee for the bridal portfolio shoots was $165 and included models, wardrobe and 1500-3000 photos per session all delivered within 1 week of the shoot. The rate for the next shoot will be higher -however, we are trying to assemble enough people to do it where it will not break you bank! The shoots will become more involved with traveling+ transporting equipment+ additional studio rental cost.

Other places- the going rate for some thing like this (without wardrobe, dresses, etc) is $600 for 300 photos of 1 model. So, we would like to keep the new rate for our shoots to about $200 or so depending on costs when we finally coordinate it.
