This is Morgan from Jane Doe Makeup. As many of you know, we are moving locations. We are in the process of moving into a smaller location for makeup workshops, makeup parties, and services/consultations. This change will be a positive one and will allow us to focus on smaller more hands on and intimate sessions. In addition, we will not be offering the Bridal Portfolio Building Sessions frequently.
I have received emails from people who are interested in doing a bridal shoot.
I do have plans for shoots in the future. However, the shoots will not happen for a while. Upon doing another shoot we will be renting space from another location, supplying models, photography, and gowns. If you would like to be apart of our next bridal portfolio shoot we are taking names and comprising a list.
The previous fee for the bridal portfolio shoots was $165 and included models, wardrobe and 1500-3000 photos per session all delivered within 1 week of the shoot. The rate for the next shoot will be higher -however, we are trying to assemble enough people to do it where it will not break you bank! The shoots will become more involved with traveling+ transporting equipment+ additional studio rental cost.
Other places- the going rate for some thing like this (without wardrobe, dresses, etc) is $600 for 300 photos of 1 model. So, we would like to keep the new rate for our shoots to about $200 or so depending on costs when we finally coordinate it.
